when i stay at nihao taipei ,i feel that staff very freiendly and kind, my children like it very much , because they prepared a lot of book , computer and the games.And the location is good very convience.i recommend .

Stayed at mixed dorm. Beds and blanket are extremely comfy, reception was very friendly. There's this very mesmerising female owner who is always smiling when she speaks to us. All the staff are really friendly, treats us like part of their family... gave us directions and tips on where to go..etc rooms are electronic. 6 electronic lockers in mixed dorm room with hangers. Excellent safe storage space at this price! Toilets are classy, just that its a little small. You have to cover the toilet bowl before bathing so that you wont wet it. went during winter, aircon functions as a heater as well.

The double decker beds are rather noisy. Not suitable to sleep the lower deck if you are a light sleeper. Climbing up the decker will shake the bed alot. Bad point- Killed many cockroach. But everything is fun when you stay with 6 friends in a room. killing pest is just another fun activity you do tgt :)

Great location with access to bus, Metro, hsr, train services.

Very close to the train, subway, and high speed rail station. Also close to major shopping district and underground shopping mall.

I booked room w/ shower, but the public shower and toilet room is right next to my room. People were taking shower either late at night or really early in the morning. I can hear very clear as if someone is using shower in my room. No one bother to turn off the light and air vent in the public shower, so I can hear buzzing sound all the time. Also, the door is hard to close properly, people had to slam the door everytime they are in or out of the room. There are windows in the room, but none of them can open. I stayed there for over a week, there is really no such thing as quality sleep. This hotel is only good to stay two nights max.

I've stayed 6 days in the 8 beds female dorm, which is very comfortable and clean. The hostel staff is nice & helpful, the room is in good design with most of stuffs bought from IKEA. The locker is big enough to put my 28" suitcase. Hair dryer, shower gel, cups, kettle, wifi connection are all included in the room. The location is excellent, 1min walk to Taipei main station. Secure guide on duty 24hrs in the building entrance. Sure would like to stay there again.

The location is excellent, cery close to the shillin night market, and it is not far from Beitou hot spring area.

There was basically no reception there, only the owner would show up sometimes at night.

The 1st thing you receive is a warm smile when you walk in to this guest house. Super clean and with just 2min walk then ,you'll reach mrt 'Taipei main station ' It makes lot of easy travels visit around the beautiful city. I love this place beautiful job guys.

Highly recommend! Fantastic experience staying at this hotel, feel liked being home, warm and relax.The interior design is outstanding as i never experienced such atmosphere before at oversea hotels. They really run their business with heart. All the staffs are ready to help. They will provide a lot of useful info to customer, and all the staff can communicate english very well. The location of the hotel is convenient as its located just besides the Taipei Station. I will definitely come back for this hotel.

Perfect location, only a few metres from Taipei Main Station. Only one disadvantage; our room is adjacent to shared toilet so we could hear people using the toilet. Otherwise, great value for money.

Location is nice just on top of Taipei Station.

It's a fairly new hostel in Taipei Main Station area. The location is convenient and there are shoppings underground the station. The hostel is renovated and clean. For city trip and budget traveller, it's value for money since we only sleep there after whole day out.

If there is a simple room make up would be great as we stayed 3 nights there but nobody clean up our room during our stay.

The location was very convenient, just beside the railway and Mrt station and covered walkway from hotel to the station. Friendly staff who were willing to keep an eye on children who were kept entertained with online games and XBox. Beds were clean and comfortable. Enough space to move around.

Room was not cleaned. Provision of brooms and dust pan would be appreciated if cleaning by staff was not provided. The hotel was located within an office building and the rooms and the reception were on different floors. The hotel was not easy to find.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff were all friendly and courteous in managing any questions or situations.

Practical, well located, cheap.
